Enterprise Account Executive

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the Enterprise Account Executive will be the primary customer relationship owner, responsible for developing and executing on both strategic and tactical sales plans.  As a vital member of the Sales Team, this person is responsible for selling to named accounts and prospecting new accounts among tier 1 and 2 commercial real estate brokerage firms to identify revenue opportunities.  In addition, responsibilities include aligning the appropriate company resources to enable success of each account.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and objectives
  • Generate and grow new license revenue in assigned accounts and territory
  • Utilize solution-selling and value-added, ROI driven methodologies to sell enterprise data aggregation, management and visualization
  • Develop and maintain sales plans and strategy to deliver annual sales targets
  • Formulating and executing strategic and tactical plans
  • Execute each sales activity in accordance with REscour’s sales process which includes opportunity identification and qualification, solution proof of concept, development of business case and ROI, pricing and license development, negotiation and contract signing process
  • Working with REscour sales engineers and analytical teams to oversee proof of concepts and construct results presentations
  • Disciplined and accurate forecasting and reporting of opportunities and all sales activities within Salesforce
  • Acquire and integrate industry and market knowledge related to the competitive landscape, CRE tech and technologies in order to successfully sell
  • Ability to present full solution and conduct product demonstration to customers

Requirements:

  • 7+  years experience in sales
  • Proven record of successful selling, business development, executive level influence, negotiation, and exceptional communication and presence
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities to meet deadlines, setting direction for and ensuring the success of all sales and customer interactions
  • Desire and passion to work at an early-stage, high-growth company
  • Strong acumen in technology and ability to articulate solution value proposition
  • Success closing license sales deals of $250K+
  • Self motivated, driven for success, and delivers results
  • Exceptional communication and personal skills
  • Excellent preparation and presentation skills for executive meetings
  • Ability to work closely with Marketing and Product Management
  • Thoughtful, Fearless, clear and transparent, curious and inquisitive, open-minded, and persistent

REscour is currently hiring for a Business Development Representative to support our rapidly growing sales team.  We are looking for candidates that have a strong desire to start and/or expand their sales career with REscour!  Must have excellent interpersonal skills, technical abilities, and phone skills.  This is an entry level position and is based in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold-call on businesses and organizations

Client Support Agent

REscour is looking for a detail oriented, self-motivated Client Support Agent to ensure our growing client base is met with a prompt and professional experience every time they engage with REscour. This role is ideal for those that are true problem solvers, champions of customer success and an expert at handling technical issues in an approachable and understandable fashion.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritizing customer experience above all else
  • Provide client assistance via Zendesk Ticketing and Zopim live chat
  • Investigate, isolate and diagnose problems
  • Determine and implement solutions effectively
  • Create and communicate action plans to the customer
  • Provide technical support calls as needed
  • Maintain and update the knowledge base and idea base
  • Analyze reports on support metrics to drive success

Software Developer – Backend

We’re seeking a software engineer who is passionate about building elegant web

products. You should have an understanding of the entire web stack, from spec-ing out

APIs to tuning database queries. The ideal candidate with have 3+ years experience with

full­stack web development, coupled with a strong computer science background. You will

be working with a small team building backend ruby applications for various purposes.

These range from external and internal APIs, internal worker processes, scraper/data

aggregation systems, and many more. You will also be maintaining our databases and
